Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once the payment is successfully made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Refunds of any payments (if any) made through the Website are subject to the terms and conditions of Malhaar Services. There will be no refund will be made, any duplicate or excess payments received will be adjusted against future/subsequent invoices.

Any cancellation of the services purchased or booked online through the website must be done within 24 hours by providing the document evidence at Malhaar office. Processing of such a refund will be also managed at Malhaar office and the refund will be made onto the original mode of payment. This process may take 10 to 45 working days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Please note, it is the customer’s responsibility to maintain document evidencing payment though the Website.
